Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

• You will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period
• No partial refunds will be issued for unused time in the current billing period
• You will not be charged for future billing periods

Refund Requests

We handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis with the following considerations:

• Technical issues preventing service use may qualify for a refund
• Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
